1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and x111a ("Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the x111a online gaming platform, accessible at https://x111a.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on x111a, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

x111a operates as an English-language platform designed for adult users. All interface elements, bonus descriptions, game rules and support communications are provided in English. Urdu-language support is available via live chat during specified hours as an accommodation only and does not alter the English governing version of these Terms.

2Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the personalised user account created by a registered individual on the x111a Platform, through which all betting, gaming, deposit and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• "Balance" — the total funds held within a User's Account at any given time, displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified by the Platform.

• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures requiring Users to submit government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership prior to withdrawal processing.

• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is restricted, blocked or otherwise unlawful under applicable national or regional law.

3Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on x111a, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. x111a strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any stage and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of x111a is lawful in your jurisdiction. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not authorised by x111a. Establishing an account by circumventing jurisdictional restrictions — including through the use of VPN services — does not confer any right to use the Platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or via third parties — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. Notify x111a support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4Account Registration

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.

x111a reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any point, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within three months, and source-of-funds declarations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.

Accounts may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any third party under any circumstances. x111a does not accept third-party deposits on behalf of registered users. All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the User's own legal name.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

x111a accepts deposits through the payment methods listed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. The availability of specific payment methods — including mobile wallet services familiar to Pakistani users — is subject to change without prior notice and is subject to the terms and conditions of each individual payment provider.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier interface. Deposits are credited to your PKR Account balance after successful processing confirmation. x111a is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests require completion of KYC verification. x111a processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier, subject to verification status and payment method processing windows. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to authorising any withdrawal.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the Account, or to a verified account held in the User's own name. x111a may decline withdrawal requests that cannot be matched to a verified payment instrument.

5.3 Currency

Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where deposits or withdrawals are processed in an alternative currency, conversion will occur at the rate applied by the payment processor at the time of the transaction. x111a is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on x111a are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, game or event. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules prevail.

6.1 Sportsbook

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. x111a reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that have been incorrectly priced due to technical error. Live in-play bets are subject to additional latency and connectivity risks that are the User's responsibility.

In-play betting markets on Pakistan cricket matches, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and international football are subject to suspension at any time during the event. Bets placed after a significant in-play event (e.g., a wicket, goal or penalty) may be voided if the odds were not updated in time.

6.2 Casino & Instant Games

Casino games on x111a are provided by third-party game studios and operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. x111a is not responsible for technical malfunctions originating within third-party game software.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per game, as displayed within the Platform. x111a reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits on any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

7Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions, bonuses, free bets and incentive programmes offered by x111a are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms. Users are advised to read promotion-specific terms carefully before claiming any bonus offer.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement necessitates PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

7.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game category (e.g., slots, live dealer, table games) and are specified in individual promotion terms. Bets placed on games with zero contribution do not count towards wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

x111a actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus funds removed and may be restricted from future promotional eligibility.

7.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire as specified in individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any pending wagering requirements are forfeited automatically. x111a will not reinstate expired bonus credit under any circumstances.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x111a Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or pricing mistakes in games or sportsbook markets.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering.
• Circumventing jurisdictional restrictions through VPNs, proxies or similar tools.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including minors.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing x111a staff or other Platform users.

Breach of any of the above provisions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. x111a reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach and to withhold, freeze or forfeit any balance associated with the Account pending investigation. Where criminal conduct is suspected, x111a reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the x111a Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, software, audio clips and the overall look and feel — is the property of x111a or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, adaptation, translation or commercial exploitation of Platform content without express written permission from x111a is strictly prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x111a shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure.

x111a does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. x111a accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through normal gambling activity on the Platform. Users participate entirely at their own risk and are encouraged to gamble responsibly within their means.

11Suspension & Termination

x111a reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — suspected breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or receipt of a request from a payment provider, licensing authority or law enforcement agency.

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting the x111a support team. Accounts subject to active self-exclusion, ongoing KYC review or a pending investigation may not be immediately closed. Any balance remaining in a voluntarily closed Account will be processed to the User's verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and payment-processing requirements.

Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms will not be eligible for reactivation. Any bonus balances, pending wagers or promotional credits associated with a terminated Account are forfeited in their entirety.

12Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x111a holds its operating licence. x111a does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts and makes no representation that this Agreement is enforceable under Pakistani law.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to the x111a customer support team for resolution. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached internally, disputes may be escalated to the relevant dispute-resolution body specified by x111a's licensing authority, where applicable.

13Amendments to These Terms

x111a reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be identified by a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the x111a Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure. x111a recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
